City pages are drafted with AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6), reviewed by our editorial team, and published only after passing uniqueness and factual-accuracy checks. One in every ten pages receives full human review.

Sourcing

• City populations: US Census Bureau (2020).
• NY climate data: NOAA NWS Buffalo, Albany, NYC offices.
• Insurance guidance: NY Department of Financial Services (DFS).
• Plumber licensing: NYC Department of Buildings (Master Plumber), county-level boards elsewhere.
• Cost data: aggregated from HomeAdvisor, Angi, PHCC industry surveys.

Corrections

Factual errors: email corrections@nyplumbingrescue.com. We investigate within 7 business days.

What we do not do

• Do not publish fake reviews or fabricated business profiles.
• Do not claim plumber licenses we do not hold (we are a referral directory).
• Do not perform plumbing work — work is by independent locally-licensed plumbers.
• Do not provide plumbing-code interpretation. NYC and county codes vary; always defer to local AHJ (authority having jurisdiction).
